The problem

Mid-market manufacturers in SEA spend 15–20% of working capital on inventory buffers to compensate for demand-signal latency. The data exists; no one connects it.

What we’re building

Demand-signal aggregator that pulls from distributor POS, logistics partners, and historical orders to give factory planners a 6-week forward view.

The founder

Spent 8 years running regional supply chain for a consumer goods manufacturer. Watched the same conversation happen every quarter: demand planners over-ordering buffers because they didn't trust the signal. The data was there — it just sat in three systems that never talked.

The problem

The market is not short of supply chain tools. It is short of supply chain tools that integrate without a 12-month implementation. Mid-market manufacturers can't afford the enterprise tier; they use spreadsheets and gut feel. The cost is in the buffer.

What building looks like

  • Week 1–4: worked with two design partners to define the minimum data schema
  • Week 5–8: first working integration with one distributor's POS system
  • Week 9: planners running the tool alongside their existing process
